Our store is located in the heart of downtown Bothell.  We have been serving our community for over 15 years and have established a very  good reputation for ourselves. Collaboratively we have over 30 years of design experience. Our store is very large and we carry lots of cards, gifts, plush animals, balloons and chocolates. We love what we do and are eager to help you with all of your floral needs.  We specialize in all aspects of floral design from everyday designs to over the top events- we CAN do it all. 

We strive to provide excellent quality and customer service to all of our valued customers.  If you are ever dissatisfied with a product please let us know as soon as possible so we can either replace the arrangement or make another sort of satisfactory agreement with you.  We guarantee our arrangements (excluding corsages and boutonnieres) to last at least 5 days assuming they are watered regularly and kept out of direct sun light.  If they do not last at least 5 days we ask you notify us immediately so we can replace the product or issue a future credit.  If we are notified after the 5th day we are no longer able to send a replacement nor issue a credit.

Our shop is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
We are closed on Sundays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 12 hours prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.

A local delivery fee of $10.00-$15.00 will be added to each order, for each address depending on distance from our shop. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)
U.S. orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to help assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at a specific time of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We are able to make special deliveries on Sundays for an additional fee. Orders requesting delivery on this day unless previously arranged will be delivered the following business day.  any deliveries requesting special delivery times either before or after normal store hours will be charged an additional fee.
Deliveries of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed. We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
